The moment we receive a query; our experts ask for up-to-date reports along with case history to get detailed information on patient’s current problem. The patient is also requested to mention the full name and exact age.

The patient’s detailed report is sent to various super specialty hospitals in India partnered with us. The multiple opinions help the patient make a sound decision considering cost and other factors. Doctor’s profile will also be included.

We forward a mail of recommendations from the doctor, estimated cost and duration of stay for the patient’s treatment. Enough time is provided to the family to choose their preferred hospital and location in India.

We provide visa assistance letter from the preferred hospital which will make the medical visa process easy. Documents like patient and attendant’s passport scans are required for the assistance letter. Patient needs to contact Indian high commission

Followed by the visa process, we curate a list of hotels/budget guest houses that are located near the hospital. This is to make traveling hassle-free for the patient and the attendant. Local transportation can also be arranged.

Upon your arrival in India, our representative will receive patient at the airport and escort them to the hotel or the hospital as per their choice. A consultation at the hospital can also be arranged if required.

The same representative will take care of the patient throughout all the appointments, evaluations and treatments at the hospital.

We make sure that the family gets all the updates about the patient’s daily treatment and progress from our end.

Along with the treatment, the patient can choose to get pre and post-operative care and any other consultation. We also help with medicines and other requirements if any.

After the successful completion of the treatment, if the patient and attendant desire to travel around in India, we can arrange the same. The attending doctor’s approval is mandated in this case.

We also manage the return airport transfers for the patient and the attendant. We also look after the patient’s post-operative queries and treatment follow-up.
